Whether you’re launching a new brand, re-introducing an existing one, or strengthening your brand's communication, our Copy Intensive offers a refined, focused approach to ensure your message resonates with your audience and your goals as a business owner — all in less than a week.
What to expect during your Copy Intensive
The Prep
To book, we’ll ask a few questions to help us both prepare, outline your deliverables, sign on the dotted line, and make a deposit to secure your Copy Intensive week on both of our calendars.
The First Day
With our Kickoff Strategy Session via Zoom on the books, we’ll go over your selected deliverables and tailor our session accordingly. Then, we’ll dive into research and extra information gathering to spend our drafting day as efficiently as possible.
The Second Day
This is where our writing, editing, and presentation take place. Depending on your deliverables, we’ll do a midday check-in to present your copywriting or name options and gather feedback to complete the rest.
The Final Day
For your final and third day, we’ll complete the remaining deliverables and have one last presentation to review together and fine-tune. Once it’s finalized, we’ll send it off and provide any other helpful instructions or our recommended next steps to go live or send to production.

Typically using our Brand Voice Strategy as a beacon, our Mini Messaging Guidelines take your brand voice and establish the actual, audience-facing messages, words, phrases, writing styles, and more to communicate clearly and effectively throughout your brand.

Once we identify your brand's most-needed website pages, we'll research, wireframe, draft, and edit website copy for your business. Each page will be lightly infused with keywords for SEO and include page titles and meta descriptions to play nice with search engines without distracting your readers.

Want to give your brand products and/or email sequence a refresh? We can work with you on determining the total amount of products to develop copy for, or pair with another smaller deliverable to tackle during your Copy Intensive.
